HR Advice Line - Identify Authorised Callers

Citation HR’s Telephone Advice Line gives business leaders and people managers direct access to employment law experts.

Any authorised person who manages employees in your business can contact the Advice Line for support with their day-to-day people management responsibilities.

Who can access the Advice Line?

To make sure we can provide advice quickly and securely, we need to know who in your business is authorised to call us.

When an authorised caller contacts us, we want to be able to identify them and provide advice as seamlessly as possible. We cannot provide advice to unauthorised callers.

The Advice Line is for managers seeking advice about managing their employees. It is not intended for employees to seek advice about their own individual circumstances, including managers calling in their capacity as an employee.

How to authorise your callers

1. Identify your authorised callers

Choose the people within your business who should be able to access the Advice Line. This may include:

  • Board and Executive team members
  • People responsible for HR and payroll
  • Managers with formal people management responsibilities

2. Send us their details

The main contact listed on your Contract for Services must email support@citationhr.com with the following details for each authorised caller:

  • Full name
  • Position title
  • Email address
  • Mobile number

3. Let your authorised callers know

Once authorised, make sure your nominated callers know about the Citation HR Advice Line and understand when they can use it.

Our goal is to make accessing HR advice as simple and seamless as possible for your authorised managers.
