Our Onboarding Specialist can deliver a number of sessions to assist you with setting up your Citation HR Software and teach you how to maximise your use of the Software.
You should have received a link in your welcome email to sign up for your first Implementation Setup Session, if you missed it, have a look in your junk folder in case it has gone there. If you still can't locate it, please contact our Customer Support Team.
Look out for your email that includes your login details and the links to book in for your initial implementation session.
If it's not included in your subscription, you can't see a time that suits you, or you want to get started before your booked session, you can join one of our Quick-Start Account Setup Sessions, run weekly on a Wednesday at 1pm (AEDT).
