eSS User - Incident Reporting in eSS

Workers can report on Incidents with ease via Employee Self Service (eSS).  

The Incidents section allows you to report any incidents that have occurred in the workplace. You will be able to view any incidents that you have reported until they have been resolved or closed.

To report an Incident using eSS:

1.  Select 'Safety' from the menu options. Select 'Incident'.

2.  Select 'Add a New Incident Record'.

3.  Enter details into the provided fields. For more information on the fields, workers can click on the information bubble for supporting background information. Click 'Save' button.

4.  Users who have been assigned the 'WHS Notification' role will receive an email advising them of new reported Incidents. Please refer on the 'WHS Module Access and Roles' article for more information.
