What does this report do?
Prepare a CSV containing the current competencies (qualifications, etc) for all employees (or another record type) in a format compatible for import into the Time Target system. The competencies are only included if their current status is Complete.
How would a client use it?
Clients using TimeTarget may wish to maintain the skill and qualifications data relevant to their rostered workforce from the data maintained in the "Training Management" part of Citation HR Software.
