Competency Audit Report - Points now showing on report
Background
Competency Audit Report provides clients with a snapshot of your workers' current competency information and any documents linked to them.
The points value available on the competency was not available on our competency Audit report.
Update
Report will have the new field in between Identifier and Document in column V called “Points“.
We will also update the name of column U to include “Issuer“ in the title to now read Issuer Identifier.
Competency Audit Report - All competencies on the employee record will reliably display on the report
Background
Competency Audit Report provides clients with a snapshot of your workers' current competency information and any documents linked to them. In some scenarios the Competency Audit Report displayed data that was no longer active on the worker record.
Update
The competency audit report should only show training competencies that are visible on the UI of the record’s training tab. If a competency is deleted/non-current when linked to a record it should be also unlinked from the employee record. A competency that is inactive status, it should be removed from the competency audit report.
