Organisations must ensure that an up-to-date list of Workplace, Health and Safety Representatives and workgroups (where required) are visible and accessible to workers. Workers must also be provided with details on how to contact and access the Workplace, Health and Safety Representative should a safety issue arise.
The 'Health and Safety Representative Register' is viewable to workers via Employee Self Service and provides a list of the Workplace, Health and Safety Representatives at your workplace, their contact details, and where applicable the workgroup they are aligned to.
