Configuration is delivered by Citation HR Software's Implementations team who work in partnership with businesses to identify their HR and Safety needs and scope out their requirements and instructions prior to building and customising their Citation HR Software account. Before commencing the configuration process, businesses need to consider a range of factors as set out in the following article: What factors should be considered when seeking Citation HR Software configuration?
Citation HR Software offers a number of HR and Safety checklists in each module designed to assist you in managing and actioning the relevant process from start to finish. Whilst we do have a very comprehensive list, our checklists may not entirely capture the uniqueness and complexity of the processes each organisation undertakes. Businesses will therefore seek to configure their checklists in order to strategically align the processes set out in Citation HR Software with their own unique business processes and procedures.
If you have one of our generic checklists that you would like to customise, please let Client Support know and we will be able to provide you with a checklist build specification which is a document designed to record your instructions for altering the checklist.
