Ability to Submit a Grievance from eSS (Portal)

Submitting on behalf of United Service Club -

Client is requesting the ability for staff, eSS Users, to be able to submit a grievance record via the Self-Service portal.

The Grievance work item type already exists, and this might be doable with little configuration work.

Will need to have the product team investigate.
